Sid Meier's Railroad Tycoon, one of the greatest economic management simulations of all time, is available for free download from the official site of Sid Meier's Railroads (which is a recently released remake of Railroad Tycoon, for those who are out of the loop). It's one of the most important games in the history, as it spawned an entire genre of tycoon games, so make sure you give it a try.

I always loved building start-propelled coasters with a huge ramp, and not enough room for the thing to slow down.

Crrrrushed little kids adorn the boardwalk, crushed little kids adorn the boardwalk, crushed little kids adornnn the boardwallllk...

Negative, correct response should've been,

"we haven't the proper facilities..."

For failing twice, you lose thrice.

Also, Railroad > Rollercoaster

Thank you very much Ratty. I downloaded it and will play it eventually. (within the next few years) :)

Sincerely,
The Vault Dweller

All I see is a big fat white box telling me that Adobe sucks cocks and lacks the infrastructure to compile a Flash plug-in for 64bit Linux platforms.

Wait, you're serious? There is no 64-bit Linux Flash plug-in yet?

Hahah, Linux sucks.

Errr, I mean, Adobe sucks. Yeah, that's it.
