it is from old school hungarian c64 rpg/adventure game "Newcomer"
it is said to be still in development, but the official site has been down
since november i think. If you can use VICE and get a disk image (it is freeware, it could be downloaded from the aforementioned official site), and find out how the game works, you'll have plenty of fun.
