Is there anyone looking into the removal of the level cap?
And if it were me building the mod, I would also double the XP it took to level. And make skill bonuses from perks, equipment, etc. add to the skill cap of 100 rather than simply have no effect if the skill is already there from skill point expenditures. Actually what I would really like as well is to remove the skill cap, reduce the effect of skill by half (so a skill of 200 would be equal to the present 100), double the skill point cost to raise beyond 100 and triple the skill bonus of skill enhancing perks. I would also radically increase the range of effect of SPECIAL stats, increasing the handicap of low stats and magnifying the bonus of high stats. As it is right now, stat choices have far too little effect, making all character designs very similar and thereby reducing replay value.
