RIX instead of FRM

Is there a possibility to make FO2 load a rix picture for the mainmenu screen instead for a frm picture? If yes than what needs to be done?

I mean the second, however I now rather want to know the opposite (making the game load an frm picture instead of an rix picture). To be more specific I want Fallout 1 to load an frm picture instead of an rix picture in the ending movie (where you see what happens to all places). Anyone who knows which file it is, that needs to be edited?

the file you need to edit in order to do what you want is probably falloutw.exe. good luck.
You could convert your rix file to frm, it would be easier i think
