Short version being it's about Buddy Holly as a post-apocalypse samurai guitar player going to seek Lost Vegas so he can assume the mantle of its kingship after the death of Elvis, its previous King. Along the way he faces cannibals, the Russian Army, and Death as embodied by the Demon of Heavy Metal a.k.a Slash from Guns and Roses.

I have seen it multiple times(even have it on DVD). I love schlocky/campy B-movies so this movie is definitely my kind of movie. the action scenes were actually not that bad(the lead actor is A martial artist iirc). I wish more movies like this were made today the closest thing I can think of is turbo kid(another really fun campy B-movie)
