Stalker demo before game

According to Worthplaying there is going to be a Stalker demo before the release of the actual game, here's more info:<blockquote>An interview on Russian site Dirty.ru with a certain PROF from GSC World revealed that a demo for THQ's upcoming FPS S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow Of Chernobyl is planned to be released a month before the shipping of the game (thanks GenGamers). Didn't you guys know, there was a demo already? It's called sitting here and shooting the screenshots with a plunger gun and making growling noises. Sheesh.

Seriously, I don't know if I would rather have a demo and then the game or just the game faster... probably the latter. Of course the demo would help them spot bugs they might not have otherwise. Hmm. - Colt

ow come on guys... cut em some slack will you...

many of what i classify as 'the best games ever' were delayed bigtime.

i'd rather have a delayed but finished game than a bugfest released on time.
