Just a note, it seems like he hasn't transcribed all the story, but there is still some good info on other things in the game. it isn't finished yet though.

That's no way near the full official strat guide. Not even close. Official one is over 480 pages. It is a fair, short guide to Goodsprings and nearby area, and the tutorial quests, browsing it fast, it looks good, but in no way is it the complete guide book.
