Tutorial Links?

First time out of the vault
I know duck and cover used to have all the fallout tactics (and other) map making tutorials. But now it seems to be offline, and all other tutorials just link to it. Is there a new version somewhere or other tutorial places?
 
are you after tactics tutorials?
if so i can be of no help to you.. sorry..

if however youare after plain old fallout 2 mapper tutorials, then i'm your man... hit the link in my signature for my website with lots of usefull tutorials..

Does anyone know what happened to duck and cover?
 
They have more forums, but only the news forum is viewable for guests..

I prefer absolute paths because they allow virtual paths. I'm thinking about switching to dynamically generated relative paths tho (quite easy: for every virtual directory (i.e. passed argument) add one "../" before the path relative to the current file).

... but I digress.

Are The Vats down or is it just a nameserver or node somewhere between them and Germany?
