Tyson is age 54 with a reach of 71 inches. Jones is age 51 with a reach of 74 inches.
In the past Tyson has almost exclusively won in the first 3 rounds (and lost after round 3). While possible, it's unlikely that, at 54, Tyson is not going to be sucking air if it goes past round 4. Will his conditioning and fighting style really be more endurance-based in his old age? Doubtful. But he could get a good shot in. And from Iron Mike, one good shot is all it takes.
I don't know much about Jones, but the fact that he successfully went from middleweight to heavyweight tells us that he can both hit hard and move around the ring. He could tire Tyson out by utilizing his jab effectively and never letting him inside for a solid punch.
Here's a reality check though, it's an 8 round exhibition match (with 12 oz. gloves) of two fighters past their prime. The referee could stop the match pretty fast if one of them started to look just a little wobbly.
