Where'd That 6th Toe Come From?
With "Predators" trailer popping up I went some youtube surfing and to see what else was on horizon t and lo behold UNIVERSAL SOLDIER 3. i kind of wondered why Van Dam didn't want join Stallone with his project, guess this might have been one reason. Then I see next surprise, was that Lundgren is in it. Yes apparently hes back to this time and the story is set in Chernobyl. First time I saw it I thought it was a fan trailer but looks real deal.

Edit: Lots of fun stuff coming, had lots laughs watching FUTURE X-COPS 2010. One commentator had it spot on "bat man vs megaman ".

has somewhat the same quality you know ;)

Though something I might be looking forward too is Tron, The last Airbender, Harry Poter (never read the books), Iron man 2, Toy Story 3.

i have been ambiguously looking forward to clash of the titans, but i have not seen a damn owl in any of the previews.

I was really excited when I found out there was going to be a Clash of the Titans remake but now that I've seen the trailer it isn't close to what I thought it would be.
I'm definitely looking forward to Christopher Nolan's new movie Inception.

I haven’t been to the movies for about 5 years, and by the look of things I won’t be going for a while yet…the shit that Hollywood makes is so uninspiring… :seriouslyno:

UNIVERSAL SOLDIER 3 sucked ass.
Future X-Cop seems retarded.
PacMan & Tetris... Do I even need to comment?

District 9 was pretty good. So was that Star Trek movie.

I loved District 9 and Star Trek was good enough to get me to watch it. Not being into Star Trek at all.

And as someone else pointed out, Avatar came out. Which was more popular because of it's effects, not that it was a good movie.

And even the movie that won a lot of awards...The Hurt Locker. I liked it a lot. But it sure doesn't measure up to war movies that have come before it. Like Platoon, Apocalypse Now, The Longest Day, Saving Private Ryan.

Oh, I did like Inglorious Basterds a lot. Would have liked it a lot more if it was a complete foreign film and didn't have Brad Pitt with his god awful "We're gonna kill us some n-ahhhhhh-zees." and his horrible accent. Ugh. He killed it for me whenever he was on screen.

But it was still more of a who gives a shit year.

There weren't any important films.

Sherlock Holmes was another awesome movie last year. Also, the Moon.

This year I'm looking forward to Inception and somewhat interested in the Wall Street sequel. Oh and Machete is a maybe.

Predators just sounds like a bad bad idea any way you look at it.

I don't know whether it'll be out in 2010, but I've heard there's another Pirates of the Caribbean movie in the works. Just what the world needs! I hope the subtitle is Jumping the Shark, or After Jumping the Shark.

I expect Clash of the Titans to suck, but possibly in a good way. I'll be seeing that one. I'm also going to see Iron Man 2 because I enjoyed the first one despite its flaws.

I also saw a preview for the new TRON movie, and it didn't look as bad as I expected. I'll might go see that too.

2009 also had UP. :D

Only movie so far I'm really interested in during 2010 is Iron Man 2, can't really remember anything else.
Also yea the Pirates of the Caribbean 4: Return of the plank of wood and Jack Sparrow is gonna blow so bad.

I'm actually really excited for Predator. I'm a fan of the original 2 and I'm glad they have decided to make a sequel to those. Great producer, awesome actors, even better predator design. Have you seen the trailer and teaser pictures?

Maybe it's just me but I think it will be awesome.

And Machete might be cool.

I'm shocked no one has mentioned The Expendables yet.

It's hyped as hell to be the ultimate action movie, but I'll be damned if I'm not hugely interested in it, being a fan of most of the main starring cast.

Starring
Sylvester Stallone
Jason Statham
Jet Li
Dolph Lundgren
Randy Couture
Terry Crews
Eric Roberts
Steve Austin
Mickey Rourke
Bruce Willis
Arnold Schwarzenegger

As for 2009, Star Trek and Avatar were the only two I went to. Star Trek was much better than expected. Avatar was disgustingly disappointing.
