Since Nuclear War is a very serious issue, I dont think the US government would even fart upon the notion of making it a big sex joke, so I would think that the inhabitants of Vault 69 would be everyone within the general area when the bombs drop.

I dont know if Outside items would be allowed so and inless the vaults had EMP shielding around the entire thing or just around important Vault Electronics, I would bring Books, and lots of them(80 years is a long time)

Yeah, but ugly ones. Women with so much pubic hair that you can actually get lost in it and die of dehydration whilst looking for a way out. And fat ones, really fat cows with yellow toenails that have not been clipped in months or even years (the horror!). And old women with more wrinkles on their titties than on the ballsack of an elephant. Shit like that, man. You definitely need a stack of porn magazines and/or that inflatable doll.
 
Vault 69 was supposed to be stocked with the cream of femaledom. However it is possible that a few warpigs could have gotten through. Hopefully some of them would be bisexual enough that you would not have to bother. Or when in doubt the doll and the porn mags will do.
 
I think that Vault 69 should be a main vault that would house the president and military elites.
Females would be for reproduction purposes (Dr. Strangelove anyone:>?).

Exactly. I would have said "nerve gas", but mustard gas fits the setting. Either that or find another nuke to mail down the elevator. :D
