wav2lip for Fallout1?

Anyone want to take a crack at getting this to work? If I use Mono as the input, the output ends up double speed (heh, chipmunk voice) but if I first convert the Mono file to Stereo, then run it through wav2lip, it works -- however the lip animations are still doublespeed so it's not really useful at all :(

Please if you're willing to try i'd really appreciate it, we need the ability to do this in Fallout 1!

Same problem. Exporting the wav as "44100 Hz, 16bit, mono" alleviates the the problem a bit. Checking in LipEditor the number of markers is now correct but the animations themselves are still way too fast.
