If it's meant to be funny then it was a fail for me, I chuckled at first glance but when reading it I just got really bored with it.

And if it's meant to be serious then.... Well... New Vegas has Repcon, I guess FOOL will have Harold Church. <_<
 
Well it's Fallout 2 kind of funny. I like things like these as long as they are reasonably distanced from the actual game(like in Fallout 2 the majority of the nonsensical stuff are in special encounters that nobody mentions).
Honestly this thing reminds me of some of the tongue in cheek pamphlets/books in Arcanum which were possibly my favorite part of the game. Though those were of many magnitudes of higher quality than this.
I appreciate the effort though. It was a bit overwrought but I generally don't expect much polish or editing on something being sent in a free newsletter.
