What is your favorite weapon from any game/tvshow/movie?

Gruug

Look, Ma! Two Heads!
Mine would have to be a magnum.
Oh and the laser gatling from fallout 2, that was insanely powerfull and underrated. It only had 30 shots/charges and you could do 3 bursts with it, that cut just about anyone in half, even the enclave troopers most of the time, and used not very much ammo compared to all the other miniguns.

Game: Shotgun from Doom, the timing on it was badass *Boom-Kerchuck* Right, who's next?

TV show: Tzat gun from Stargate SG-1 *B-beep pzzum!*

Movie: TX's Arm Plasma cannon from T3. movie wasn't that good, but damn, I wanted one of those grafted to me...

Uh, yeah Elissar, you see here? *points to red specks on the crowbar* That is not blood, but.... *drum roll* RUST! Your crowbar will turn on you! They all do.

The hand from Dungeon Keeper, the Torpedo from Command Aces of the Deep, the pistol from EU2, the Garand in any WW2 game.

I usually like real-life weapons, but the laser rifle that Kaneda used in Akira was sweet... Actually, it was the laser rifle + decked out bike that did it for me...

For games, it would have to be the .44 magnum w/ speedloader in Fallout 2.

Fusion Rocket Launcher in Red Faction
Vindicator Minigun in FO2
Assault Rifle in Half-Life
Shotgun in Doom
All of the weapons in Baz Luhrman's "Romeo and Juliet"
Ash's chainsaw in Army of Darkness/Evil Dead 2

Both the shotgun and BFG had their places in Doom, with the shotgun being my weapon du jour. But for absolute murder and mayhem ability the Doom plasma rifle beats all comers. The rate of fire combined with lethality let me mow down swarms of baddies with nary a scratch on my cute little pink noggin

Especially vindicating is taking out the spider machine fucker and the goat rocket asshole with my trusty plasma bursts. God I wanna play Doom now.

OTOH nothing beats the lightsaber as a utility, defensive and offensive crossover weapon.

Is that the one with Clare Danes and Leonardo the gay boy? In that case, I totally agree. Twin gold desert eagles and no conceal/carry laws kick ass.

Yeah. The coolest things about the weapons were that they were personalised to the character.

That movie was excellent.

Double Barrel Shotgun: Doom 2
Combat Shotgun: Fallout
.233: Fallout
M1 Carbine: Any WWII game

Mohrg

Yeah, that was nice. So was the gasoline and matches.

And yeah, in any WWI game, it's the M1 Carbine. In WW2 games, it's all about the Thompson.
