Maybe you think it is the right time to show them [trolls,Todd,console junkies] how a real true Fallout sequel looks like, then join this thread and give in your ideas!
From what I've seen Bethesda is gonna create a shit game, I wanna know what we, as fans can come up with. Lets take a completely hypothetical situation, lets say you decided what features were in, and which ones were out. How would YOU make F3? Bethesda is totally on the wrong way so Fallout3 as it should won't exist! I'm interested to see what people would do if they were in the drivers seat.
Would you go with hexagonal tiles, or not? Where should the storyline start, before Van Buren, directly after Fallout2, or many years after that? Would you make it 2D ISO, or 3D top down (including 1stPV? or not?)? How would you make the storyline? How big would you make the Fallout world, and where should the game occur? Would you go with the original F1/2 creatures, or would you expand on it and make other creatures spawned from the wasteland? How would you see the role's of your companions, the NPCs? How would you make the game as a F1/2 fan yourself? Long posts welcome.
If there's enough interest in modeling our own Fallout3...and if there is actually an enormous amount of ideas and material, then there could be discussion about implementing these ideas into a game which can be called a true Fallout sequel.
