WL2: talking to companions?

Does anyone know if there is a way to talk to the CNPCs in your party? I just recruited one, but I'd like to finish the conversation I was having with her beforehand. Seems like there must be a way, but I can't figure out how.

Outside of some random comments or barks, you've now officially exhausted all dialogue for your npcs.

You can't talk to them unfortunatley.

If they ever make an expansion or whatever I would really wanna see that option.

Although one cannot talk to them, i'd say they somtimes talk too much on their own! The bum Scotchmo just can't stop yapping about water being useless and how he would like to drink some squeezins, or some shit. Although i do enjoy Chisels comments quite a bit, made me really laugh a couple of times.
