Your bet for canonic DLC endings

Nightstalker

The original Vault Dweller
As you see. We know perfectly the four New Vegas DLCs, and I am pretty sure that you loved them as much as me. So, now, I want to know your bets for the canonic endings of each one.

Example:

Lonesome Road: The Courier don't launch the missile and Ulysses lives at the end.
Honest Hearts: Joshua Graham lives. The Courier let Salt Upon Wounds alive convincing the Burned Man to let him go.
Dead Money: All your companions leave the Sierra Madre alive except Dean Domino, etc etc.
Old World Blues: Whatever.

Dead Money and Old World Blues are fairly self-contained, so there is no real reason to establish a canonical ending(Apart from the 2 alternate endings in Dead Money, which are probably non-canon)

Lonesome Road, probably didn't fire the nuclear warheads, as that would esentially lead to the deaths of 2 major wasteland powers.

Honest Hearts: Either way could be canon, however since in the "Fight the White Legs" ending, the Sorrows and Dead Horses become a major power in Utah, that one would have a lot more of a big impact on the world.

Of course, the Courier dying into the Sierra Madre vault is not canon. We know he fought into the Second Battle of Hoover Dam.

Lonesome Road ending with the destruction of the road to the NCR could actually be canon, if the said canon somehow ends up in the hands of Chris Avellone. He expressed the idea of a clean slate for the NCR quite a few times, and that would be the most logical way to do so.

Could lead to a Legion occupied California, but the said Legion would probably be in total civil war and dissaray by then. Which would allow interesting narratives, with minor factions rising in the ashes of the NCR to gain power, and what's left of the Legion's security forces trying to prevent the place from bursting into chaos.

Tunnelers were basically just that - Chris Avellone's doomsday device to reset the clock on the West Coast. Granted, Sawyer can just come along and say fuck that and retcon the notion that Tunnelers ever had a chance at infesting the Mojave Wasteland.

To be fair, Ulysses said he'd handle it in a ending where he lives.

I dont really know if we need to see that though however I do find it interesting. I would like a game set around new reno and maybe cal too. But I guess that would be kinda hard with the cannon and stuff now esp from the DLC.

My personal veiw is actual to leave it where it is. I mean like I think by the end s much was depend on the couir choise it would of been to difficult to kind make sence of what happens I feel.

Because you have to take into accoint the quest lucky old sun (I think thats the name) Because that quest you decide who the power goes to. And for example you could of giving power to the leigion and then nuked them like it kinda hard to decide what will happen

To be honest I would prefer the events of the games set in stone rather than Bethesda's ambigous maybes of what the player did in previous games.

Like in Fallout 2 we had canonical exploits of the Vault Dweller, it was nice and leads to more solid writing IMO.

That being said, I think that most DLC will have good or neutral karma ending. Especially OWB and Lonesome Road.

I envision the end of HH that Graham went crusading against the White Legs and allowed the player to kill Salt Upon Wounds.

DM ended on more positive note, with Elijah trapped in the vault, and Christine, God/Dog receiving their good ending with Domino bitting the dust (I like that guy, but he was a bastard, a magnificent one at that).

Unless Obsidian or MCA give us what happened, I would say anything can be considered canon.

I won't acknowledge Bethesda's virgin writing as Fallout.

This is why I don't consider Chris Avellone to be the end all be all of Fallout unlike some people. I do like the guy but a reset button for the series is stupid. I don't agree CT Phipps. Keeping Fallout post-apocalyptic or keeping Elder Scrolls medieval fantasy are not good excuses. If I lived in Skyrim, I wouldn't give a shit about Mr. World Eating Flying Lizard or the Legendary Pest Spray Man. I know that every story is essentially a series of events but this kind of stuff makes it feel like it is just a series of events. FO:NV puts you in the crossroads of destiny but the DLC reminds you how easily perverted the past can become. In Skyrim, nothing you or anyone else does in the future would be more or as important as defeating Alduin and all that does is preserve the status quo. It isn't like you have any other option either.

What is the point? The series ended at FO:NV.

Dead Money: Dog/God dead, Dean dead, Christine alive, Elijah locked in the vault.
Honest Hearts: White legs crushed, Salt-Upon-Wounds spared by Joshua, legends of the Burned Man fade to obscurity, Happy Trails makes a lot of profit.
OWB: Mobius and Think Tank alive, under supervision from the Courier. Essentially fades into obscurity
Lonesome Road: Nuclear launch aborted, Ulysses dead.

I have to agree with @CaptJ in regards to this. What's there to gain by resetting everything?

Tunnelers were basically just that - Chris Avellone's doomsday device to reset the clock on the West Coast. Granted, Sawyer can just come along and say fuck that and retcon the notion that Tunnelers ever had a chance at infesting the Mojave Wasteland.

I hate Tunnelers. I'd like to think Ulysses either exaggerated the danger they pose or is just full of shit.

Anyway in regards to the OP:

Lonesome Road: No missiles launched and Ulysses dead.
Honest Hearts: Joshua alive, Daniel left and Salt-Upon-Wounds spared.
Dead Money: I think Dead Money could be left ambiguous. I tend to get everyone out alive though, including Domino.
Old World Blues: Think Tank alive and either scared to leave or willing to stay and work with the Courier.

I will be a bit different.

Lonesome Road: Missiles Launched, Ulysses Alive. However, the ending would not be a reset to a whole franchise (I don't need another Shitout 3 or 4).
Instead, both the NCR and Legion had to withdraw, due to heavy losses, leaving New Vegas unreachable, through ordinary means. (Only planes or vertibirds can reach it. Unless we count the road to Utah.) Then we can speculate what happened to the city. Did it fall into anarchy? Grew to become prosperous without NCR influence? Or maybe something else?

Old World Blues - All scientists are alive.

Honest Hearts - Joshua drives off white legs, but spares salt upon wounds.

Dead Money - All Companions alive, maybe except Dean. Elijah trapped in vault.
