Ah, damnit, they did the mutated alligators. I was hoping to keep them for myself and my various Tactics 2 based campaigns.
Anyway, this looks mildly more varied than I thought it would be, but still not worth my money. A lot of reskinned enemies so far and maybe a couple of new ones, though I only presume so because the shots were too fast for me to properly check.
A couple of 'cool' moments, as per contract, though the trailer looked a lot more underwhelming that usual for Bethesda. Maybe they're losing their will to keep going after the delayed trainwreck that was Fallout 4.
The main selling point seems to be that the park has... games...?
I assume these to be automated (though I wouldn't put it past Bethesda to skip the explanation entirely) but being able to go to a shitty theme park in a game where fighting giants with a laser cannon is standard affair isn't exactly a wonderfully exciting experience.
Perhaps they'll be placeable in settlements, which would be a fantastic way to end this conga of worthless DLCs.
The raider mechanic looks just as flimsy as I thought it would do, if not even more so. We don't even see them do anything; they just run into Sanctuary and then they're guarding it.
Amazing raider action indeed.
TL;DR Bethesda finally gave up and I'm glad.
