Random encounters around the cities. If you're at a low level, you can just watch when you run across people fighting each other (caravans vs riders, etc). Hope for the good ones to win, and then just loot the dead bodies (usually decent guns and some money).

I re-started the game the last few weeks because towards the end, I figured out that energy weapons are really a must have. Everybody has them, sells them and worst, uses them. So now I'm trying to develop the energy weapons skills (besides barter, speech, lockpick and small guns).

I just found out yesterday on the internet the complete Fallout 2 map. Obviously, I didn't play Fallout 2 when it came out long enough... It's a huge map. I've read some threads in this forum, I don't know if I got this right, is it possible to continue playing and gain experience after ending...
