Sadly, laptops are not worth buying if considered as gaming machines, especially when it comes to more requiring titles (F:NV, Crysis, etc). Even if you had better GPU, the game wouldn't run properly on a laptop. My lenovo g560 (i5 ; gf 310 ; 4 GB ram) can't just handle the game as normally as...

Could you be more specific, as far as your hardware is concerned? Is it laptop or desktop? Is it x64 system? Older Fallouts are unlikely to run on x64 based OS. Maybe there is something about your system configuration ;). Anyway, try this one: terminate 'explorer.exe', run the app and...

Has anyone already managed to install/run FO1 and FO2 on 7 x64? If you still got problems with that: terminate explorer.exe and then run the app (also fixes troubles with colors) -> this should work. :D
