nothing like inventing an entirely new context to try and justify an unrelated argument.

anyways i have a tendency to get increasingly bitter and filled with malice the longer an arguement goes on. so before i say something stupid or mean im gonna try my best to bail on this thread.

Are these two seriously defending Bethesda and their choice to have aliens in the series? Good thing they are dealing with us and not the Codex. The Codex would have scorched the fucking Earth with these two and not have humored them.
Thanks just as i remember i like how it proves in noway hey actually got the codes and use them But even if they got the codes there is no evidence they actually use them

So not sure what R.Graves is smoking

anyone playing the games knows China still the prime candidate to shooting first.

You are blinded by your hate of the Bethesda
Judging from your punctuation and grammar I take it that you are still in grade school? Would make sense as that is Bethesda target audience.

R.Graves, I like you, man. You're almost as stubborn as me but with danker memes.

RangerBoo, I'm not defending Mothership Zeta, I personally think the entire DLC should be deleted, I would rather replay Brotherhood of Steel than replay Zeta

>Play RPG game
>Buy a DLC for it that has aliens which ruin the canon
>Find out it's a linear corridor shooter with just some shiny alien blaster loot that isn't meant for a "RPG" game
>Abominations and the glowing aliens are annoying bullet sponges literally splattered everywhere, worse than Reavers
>"I like this DLC"
You probably have a mental problem because that doesn't sound right

That's cool man. No hard feelings. I sometimes get a bit animated on the forums. Especially in regards to my hatred of both Mothershit Zeta and Cabot House.
How does it ruin canon ?

also me liking me does not mean im ok with the clear issues with the DLC
Again, it implies that FUCKING ALIENS started the Great War. No matter how many times you try to twist it, it was Bethesda intention from the start.

so what? there characters that implied Vault tech shoot nukes

Also better thing to say is it implies they wanted the Nuke codes

Vault Tech is better then having FUCKING ALIENS be the cause of the Great War. At lest it would have kept to Fallout's original themes and been started by human evil and not

Why aliens need this codes btw?

if they wanted to destroy the planet (because reasons), they could not have used their atomics? I mean, it is just nuclear weapons, I'm sure they can build several just using the garbage available on the ship.

Uh, yeah you two should never and I mean never visit the Codex. I know NMA has had its notoriety in its time but the Codex would not have been nearly as polite to you about this.

The aliens suck. They weren't canon before. They were heavily implied to have started the Great War which detracts from a major element of Fallout whether or not you deduce that they did or did not do it with 100% certainty, the idea that it was ever implied is bad. Not to mention just playing the DLC was boring and unfun too.

Also, I agree with Graves about Fallout 2 but at least it was a good game that had good things going on.

the same reason they took people from different time periods probably to have a catalog or the guy just happen to know certain information and they got interested.

They weren't canon before.

Yea except for the fact that they are canon in fallout 1 you find a body of one of them in the Glow

The first could easily be explained by being a mutant experiment because the Glow is the West Tek research facility and they were conducting experiments.

The second is a special encounter and some special encounters are just easter eggs and not actually part of the world. It even mentions Area 51 which is a theory that there's a facility hiding aliens. What, is the Tardis now part of the Fallout universe? C'mon, now. The point is that the first two Fallouts left ambiguous if they are actually part of the universe.

Fallout 3 on the other hand just picked them up and made them actually canon. No ambiguity, just flat out put them in the actual canon.

I feel like Tim and Leonard really like sci-fi and outer space so I wouldn't doubt them eventually having aliens that still doesn't detract from MZ was.

And it still doesn't make ambiguous and/or Easter Egg encounters in Fallout 1 confirm aliens.

I don't think Fallout 1 flat out confirms much. Sure that's an alien like body in the Glow but that place had too much going on for me to think oh yeah it's definitely an alien without question.
