Fallout: New Vegas Developer Diary #6 - The Characters

Pirates make me mad. :[ I'm not watching the video. I'll just talk to the people in chat to see if the game is turning out well, though.

Also; somebody said he played RPGs for shooting. Not for dialogue or story.

Looks and sounds much better than Fallout 3. And is it just me or is the damage super low, I saw him blast a random traveler twice point blank in the head with a shotgun and it didn't kill him.

While gameplay is important, playing an RPG solely for combat is like playing a racing game for its story.

EDIT: Black bean thing? Not understanding your slang here.

Well depends what you define as RPG. Combat oriented stuff is awesome too.

TOEE, IWD and co. are counting among my favourite games.

Not really 360 always leaks first, it has no DRM on it so it doesen't even need to be cracked.

The gaming media is always harping on about PC Piracy.

There's a certain irony to this being a xbox360 leak.

That is pretty fucking hilarious and depressingly upsetting at the same time. Steam activation = good luck pirating for a while. It will happen, though.

Wait, they could afford all those fucking voice actors and Bethesda couldn't?

It would be interesting see whether Obsidian or Bethesda flipped the bill and for how much. The voice actor budget must have been insane.

Bethesda had to pay Liam Neeson.

If that was all they could get for what they paid, Patrick Stewart must have left them with just enough money to hire a couple beggars from outside the building.

I watched a few minutes of the guy taking the Great Khans. The music sounded extremely Fallout-y.
