Let's get the stupidity of this guy straight because there is far more to it than him just not liking how many slurs there are in Fallout 2.

'There are games I am a little more critical of... now. Fallout 2 is the big one, I'd never played Fallout 2... and... and it's kind of ridiculous, like, just, how many slurs are in Fallout 2, there's quite a lot of them. There's more of them than there should be, and how many there should be, is zero.

This guy complains about how many slurs there are in Fallout 2 but at the same time, admits he has not played it. When will gamers actually play games instead of parroting whatever bullshit they hear? Because from what I've seen in this thread there is not many slurs if at all in the game. But that besides, it's a role playing game. It's set in a post-apocalyptic world. Of course there'd be people who use vulgar language. There'd probably be a lot of racism as well, the Legion was extremely sexist. But moreover, I'm annoyed that he's speaking about it without actually knowing anything about it.
 
i might be miss remembering as the last time i fully played fallout 2 was near the end of 2018. but i do remember some retards being flung around in spots.

that might be what he is referring to.

and i'm not sure he even played 1 and 2 for that retrospective honestly. he claims he did with saves but then goes on how he could not play two 30 hour rpgs back to back.

when fallout 1 is not 30 hours.

so he might be lying. the fact he said he never played fallout 2 before is a huge red flag in a video talking about stuff he did not talk about in his own series review.

a series in which he does talk about 1 and 2.

he most likely just took other peoples footage and claimed to have played it.
 
So he did a retrospective on the series, but hardly bothered to play the first two games? Don't do a retrospective on a series if you are not gonna bother to play every game in the series to full completion.

I genuinely cringed when he claimed you can't approach Fallout 4 as you do New Vegas. Because, yeah, for some reason i have to approach two games from the same fucking series differently. That's retarded (just to spite him) beyond belief.

Fallout 4 is a sequel and i expect it to improve upon the previous games while keeping the same things that the previous games did well. Fallout 4 doesn't do anything better than Fallout 1, 2 and New Vegas, it just doubles down on the worst aspects of Fallout 3, while further stripping more and more roleplaying elements.

Jesus, no wonder the gals over at r/MenWritingWomen were so disgusted with The Frontier. It is obvious that Nazo and Odin have never interacted with a woman before. Then again, seeing both of their sick, degenerate and predatory fetishes that may be for the best.

Another thing I have to bring up that has been bothering me.
While DevilsWish is a terrible writer, however, I will give him credit. The way how he wrote his female characters was largely inoffensive. Sure, there was that speech check with Siren but that came off as more like a bad attempt at a joke.
The way that self proclaimed male feminists and progressives Nazo and Odin wrote the female characters is disturbing. Lets look at AJ. When written by DevilsWish AJ came across as a no nonsense and professional spec ops solider. Sure, she was a cardboard cutout but at least this portrayal wasn't offensive. When she was written by Nazo and Odin she comes across as a quirky and immature child, playing make believe when the player greets her in the Legion playthrough.
This seems to be a theme. With America she is said to be 18 but acts like a 12 year old. Keeping dolls and being needy and dependent to both Mollie and the player like a child would an adult. This behavior is odd coming from a girl who is at an age when most girls her age are trying to find their place in the world and become more independent of the adults around them. Yes, America does have abandonment issues but the way how she acts towards it is how a young child would act.
In short, I think we can deduce who Nazo and Odin dream girl is. It would probably be either a 11-14 year old or a 15-19 year old Asian girl with abandonment issues who they can emotionally and mentally dominant into a sex slave. As always, beware of men who claim to be feminists. 100% of the time they are more often than not a sex offender waiting to happen.

Having watched that video, one quest that stood out to me was the one with the legion guy who wants you to get his sister back. I think the general concept of that is very interesting and has a lot of potential: a brother wants to be reunited with his sister, he thinks he’s saving her from the degeneracy of the outside world, but from an outside perspective (and particularly from a woman’s perspective) he’s clearly in the wrong. Of course, it’s not executed well at all, as it’s your typical Evil Legion quest and the quest-giver has no sympathetic angle to him, he just seems like a really creepy evil guy.

Not only that but in the NCR questline AJ is brutally raped and made into the Legates sex slave. So, was the guy just okay with his boss turning his little sister into a sex slave? Jesus Christ! Now I can see what people were saying about the writers not having much contact with each other or going over each others notes.
 
Who needs to review each other’s notes when you have pages upon pages of fetish-ridden dross that the perv crowd will eat up?

Putting aside the fact that even minus the disgusting shit the writing is bad.
