I mean, of the options Star Trek (either original or TNG era) is by far the most utopian, and given the choice I would prefer to live in a utopia and not have to worry about scarcity, war, disease, etc.
As much as I love the Fallout universe, I really wouldn't want to live there.

If the choice was for a "safe and easy life" I'd choose the Star Trek universe. Basic needs are free, lots of interesting work, and very little societal conflict.
If the choice was for "fun" I'd go Forgotten Realms. Anyone with a moderate desire can become an adventurer and any location has countless places both urban and wild to explore. Also LEVEL SCALING means fair chances no matter what. Just gotta hope for better-than-average rolls on character creation.

The Swiftness of the Ranger
Depends on how I would arrive. If I was born into it, I would have a different standard for life and would be able to adapt to the world. If I was thrown through a portal to live in it, well, probably the DX:HR universe, considering it's the most relatable to the modern world. It's not too far into the future and I would probably be able to adapt to a normal life there.
