President Vladimir Putin says that what he calls the special military operation in Ukraine was necessary because the United States was using Ukraine to threaten Russia and Russia had to defend against the "genocide" of Russian-speaking people by Ukraine.

But ISRAEL benefits and like I said before, most of the shit we do in the ME also happens to benefit our ALLY there whom which most Arabs want to wipe off the earth. And before you scream SETTLEMENTS, remember back in 48 that a coalition of four Arab countries decided to sneak rape Israel and fucking LOST. The loss of territory is a direct result of that idiotic decision. Oh yea and thank Egypt and TransJordan who took over what is considered Palestine today after the war and screwed the palistinians as well.

And as I said before the U.N. should run the world ideally but when 2/3 of the permanent security council refuses to play ball (looking at you Russia and China), and are both run by despots who literally define their nations, shit gets problematic.
We would love nothing more than to have a Russia and China that is defined by western democratic ideals to join but as long as Russia and China feel they need to be empires too, it ain't happening

Iraq actually HAS become better than it was under Saddam. There's no more constant oppression, killing, and torturing of Kurds, and there are no more factories cooking up sarin gas which can then be used on said Kurds. They're dealing with ISIS right now, yeah, but what Middle Eastern shithole country isn't dealing with ISIS? People also like to pretend we were the only ones in Iraq. Most of NATO was there with us.
On the account of Vietnam - the US actually maintains a very good diplomatic relationship with Vietnam now. We're better friends with them than they are with China (especially after China started threatening them about territories in the South China Sea), and we've actually been helping them upgrade their military in case China tries to get frisky for a second time in Indochina (they already lost once to the Vietnamese).
Syria? Don't make me laugh. Putin and Russia has had more intervention in Syria these days then the U.S. has. Remember that time his foreign ministry stole an AC-130 video from the U.S. military during the Afghanistan invasion and added some Russian dubbed commentary over it to make it seem like it was a Russian plane hunting down ISIS? Also remember that time the US missile struck Syrian weapons facilities which the Russians had deployed S-400's there specifically to guard against US missile strikes, and the Russian's didn't do jack shit? How they literally let US tomahawk missiles fly directly over their heads to their targets without doing a thing about it?

Tbh, a Utopia is too good to be true. At best, a utopia is a dystopia in some way shape or form. Idk if the west should try to establish any form of hegemony. I dont see it lasting considering whoever we elect can become too problematic for everyone and more upstarts stage revolutions and civil wars in their own countries to the west over disagreeances over how things should be run and if leaders are following what laws they establish, or some view said laws to be backwards and going against cultures and traditions for what had existed long before the law.
