Games for Windows is a damn solid magazine, like most other ZDNet publications. It was a decent article. Naturally, there are a lot of retarded conclusions above based on hardly 0 info, but that's to be expected.

When someone working on a Fallout sequel states one of his favorite games of all-time is Oblivion, I must say I get a bit nervous. It's a good game, but I can think of many, many far better games. Luckily, he is just a programmer and most likely isn't making any design impacting decisions.
