Brawler seems close enough. Mainly because he said he had a PS4, said he was strictly Xbox, and the first two God of War games aren't backwards compatible. So yeah, just watching the cutscenes seems reasonable enough rather than going through the trouble to figure out some way to play the games.

I'd say just watch the cinematics for the first three God of Wars on Youtube if you want the story up until that point. It's largely unimportant to this game. I mean, unless you want to play what were decent enough brawlers I suppose, but GoW PS4 isn't that style of game.

I'm enjoying it quite a bit! Some light 4x elements on top of a solid enough RTS for the main meat of the game in single player. There's also three of these campaigns to go through, The Imperium, Necrons, and surprisingly Tyranids! There's talk of a fourth campaign to be added later as well...

10/10, but to be fair that's kind of my opinion of the entirety of the soundtracks for the first two Fallout and I'm unabashedly biased.
