What make a black person black? % of melanin? Genetics? Shade of skin colour?
 
Minorities are still pretty underrepresented in the US police force. That's one of the issues that might actually help solve the problem, having more minorities as cops. The US police is a kind of half-militaristic organisation and they are getting weapons and even APC's, helicopters, etc. from the military. The two are fusing into one militaristic entity that isn't limited to just murdering US blacks.

Don't get me started on 'under-represented'.

The second you start incentivising a certain group of people to do something, is the second you're discriminating.

Nothing is stopping "MrJoeBlack', the cool african guy who wants to help his town, from becoming a cop. In fact, black cops exist, and are just as cool as non-black cops.

Nothing is stopping TacoTom the mexican either.

Or Feminazi the woman.

If you call someone making some snarky comments based on stereotypes racist, you devalue the term racism to a petty thing.

Next thing you'll call me a nazi for saying I don't personally know any jews, and that I'm a sexist bigot because I'm single, and find most women to be annoying.
