Um. I just noticed, in your av, this jet condensation cloud.
Kotario answered you're question before I got to
I figured that there'd be moments when I couldn't avoid having little accidents like that, and so I built an insurance policy into the story line: the bad guys are, more or less, a much smaller, more realistic version of The Enclave. I -could- photoshop the cover photo (my avitar) to get rid of the jet trail, and I -could- edit the moving truck out of the back ground in one of the shots, and mast out the sound of the airplane in the back ground in another, and do this and that and blah blah blah. But it's so much easyer, and I think more fun, to just give it a reason for being there.
Aside from that, if you think about it, it's only logical that in a post nuclear world, there would probably be atleast one group with the power to get ahold of enough money and technology to repair airplanes and cars and things. If there wasn't, who'd be the new feudal lords?
I'm glad to see that the publication of the Trailer has brought on some thoughtful discussion though haha. And I'm glad to see that people are paying enough attention to point out things that are usefull.

you should work on lighting effects to add more emotion to scenes.. seems like everything is so ridiculously bright =/
If you like strong lighting, check out anything in the Film Noir genre. As for this, the scene where Todd and Gray chat in the hotel room (beginning when Gray has his gun trained on the door off camera and Todd yells "it's Todd, don't fucking shoot me" before coming in) needs more lighting effects yeah, but other than that all the brightest scenes are out doors, and I try to do as little to those as possible because they usually look pretty good already. Were there any particular scenes that you were talking about?
