Considering Area 51 does exist, and the military tests all of their advanced hardware out there, I think it would be silly to exclude it because of the alien conspiracy theories of the 90's.

Uhh... the conspiracy theories date back long before the '90s.

I'm not going to debate the chronology of conspiracy theories.

Let's just say "in the 90's, when the conspiracy theories about Area51 reached their height of popularity."

It was pretty obvious that the optic will not change much. But I guess while the last news, it was very easy to forget.. Meh.

I totaly expected to have a look similair to fallout 3,but that looks very sloppy.The rifle could easily be a reskinned version of the assault rifle found in some mods for 3,the shoulder pad,wig,and glasses look like they were just hastily tacked on.It just looks very rushed and unprofessional.
