That bystander being killed accidently is sad but that is something many black youth have to live with every day. I bet they see the article and think "So what?" and I don't blame them.
 
I would say better training and maybe more protective gear for police would help, but who knows. Looks bad to have visiting families getting shot when they come here.
 
The only real answer is to ban all firearms and create a robot police force.
 
The important thing is that we all realize everyone IS FOR SURE GOING TO FUCKING DIE WHEN THAT COMET HITS.

After staying awake for 48 hours with no food and working out is when you should start training for your job as they say. That costs time and money however.
