God man I tried to block "the body" out of my mind because it's was so
depressing...dam it i think someone's cutting onions in my house because my eye are starting to get watery:(
 
I would be OK with it if he said it was a good shooter and looter, but a good RPG?
Just no, that is wrong in so many ways.

The "courier" background doesn't define your character in any way. It is literally mentioned a few times in the entire game. You get shot in the head and you wake up a new person. It doesn't matter what kind of person you were before that. A courier? But what kind of a person? Anyone could be a courier.

Not true. In the ending slides, your the "courier outside Goodsprings". Mr House often calls you the Courier, so does Caesar.

THAT'S FOR THE PLAYER TO DECIDE!!!! How hard is it to understand you are to decide who your character is. You decide what role to play.

As much as I hate to...

I hated being referred to as the courier, because it made role playing as most things impossible, because you're a courier. Wanted to be a mechanic? Sucks to you. Wanted to be a mass murderer? You're a courier.

Fallout 1 and 2 had the thing right, sure you were a tribal but once you're out only a small group of people know or guess.

Agreed the gentlemanly smiles make the joker look like a cute puppy dog in comparison.imo the guy who made slender took one look at the gentleman and said "i can do that" and basically just erased their faces,and their cool powers and plagiarized the shit out of them. For fucks sake they both have MAN In their name the guy was to fucking lazy to even come up with a original name.

I agree that the overall look is too similar to be ignored. But on the other hand "creepy guy in a suit" is one of those things that's so base that anyone could come up with it without knowing about either the gentlemen or even slenderman y'know?
