8 reasons Fallout 3 will blow you away

Not really. He just seems to be unaware of games existing before the Xbox era.

Gamers have the best case of collective amnesia in the developed world.

I would have to agree with that sentiment. I've been on many gaming boards where I see "All-time lists" that don't go back before the 2000's. Most gamers can't remember before 1995. I'm an old-school gamer and I still love to play a lot of older games. I think that there was as much crap back then as there is now, but there seemed to have been a lot more games with character back then.

Aside from the absolute crap about slow- motion and health bars being innovative, I enjoyed the read.

I too can't wait to hear Neeson's work. I'm looking forward to seeing the game playing out in HD on my laptop. I can deal with houses next to eachother being of the same design; this is how it is in reality. The vast world makes up for it.

I can't wait for Fallout 3. :D

I wonder if you can also deal with identical damage on the identical buildings, standing next to each other in an identical way :drunk:

With an identical dead rat hanging partially from the top floor of both houses? Yes, I want a dead rat to be there just so I can push it off of both houses... And then I can go grab the gate stone and close the portal!!.. oh.. wrong game.
