    One thing I never was able to do - is to smoke a cigar correctly. I can't not inhale, and... you kind of shouldn't, right? But I dunno... I only tried once or twice ever, it looks so manly though, to puff a cigar like it's no biggie

    I grew up with two smoking parents. I was never interested in starting and I never got used to the smoke and the smell. Even the smoke from incense burns my eyes too much.

    I started smoking in high school, to both cope with the pain of existing on this Earth and because I found I liked the taste, the burning sensation in my mouth, etc.

    As time went on I found my Taoist-Pagan religion thing and stopped smoking as much, but still did; now it hurts to breathe lel

    It's the PC version I'm having this trouble with. The XBOX version is just fine, even with the update, but I wanna be able to play it on my laptop because I'm a stubborn bitch

    Mafia III is fun except for the fucking gameplay. So it’s not fun at all. But the story is good, so I slog through it.

    I loved the hell out of Mafia, but I could not bring myself even through the initial cinematics of Mafia II, the aesthetics were awful, the acting was awful, the dialog was awful - it was like a parody of a bad mafia flick. I just lost all interest within moments

    My pets have always been like this.
    Dogs prefer the first simple toy they ever had and pinecones. Everything else is trash.
    My cat likes plastic bottle caps and cardboard boxes broken down flat. Everything else is a trash or is threatening his life.

    I love finding out about local herbs and their applications as natural remedies. Today these herbs are of course marginal in their effect, compared to more concentrated medicines, but it's interesting how these herbs will often contain the right type of active compound. These herbal remedies were often a result of trying and testing

    If there’s one thing I’ve learned from both living as a frontiersman and living in a house, it’s that modern luxuries are more hassle than they’re worth, especially when your family is in poverty like mine has always been, forcing you to fix things yourself. Better to live in the wild, experiencing nature (and the occasional bout of sickness), rather than growing soft in a house.
